Returns and Exchange
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. We accept returns within 14 days of the date of delivery, but please note that returns are not guaranteed and are only accepted for valid reasons, such as:
- The item is damaged or defective
- The wrong item was shipped
- The item does not match the product description
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at contact@andante.co.in with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to return the item.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team using the provided return label.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for a product purchased on sale/discount code and a custom size order or purchase.
Please note that we do not refund shipping charges, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Exchange Policy

- The wrong item was shipped
- You require a different size or a product with higher or same credit as of the purchase made.
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at contact@andante.co.in with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.
- Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure a successful exchange.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your exchange within 10 business days. If the new item you selected has a higher price, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
Please note that we do not refund shipping charges, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and shipping for the new item.
